Workout with a Friend

Looking for a fun way to work out with a friend? Call your bestie and check out the circuit Christine and Suzanne did below:

Side Squats (both sides)
Bicycles
Shoulder taps
Plank jacks
Jumping jacks
Flutter kicks
Pulse squats (Do each of these moves for 30 seconds, 3 times)

Finisher: do 10 burpees while your partner holds a squat, then switch.

Bonus round: do a cartwheel.
